As part of the UX team I am responsible for delivering an excellent user experience, ensuring to provide a frictionless user journey for all who use our services and sites.
Previously employed at the University of Central Lancashire as UX Designer. Responsible for the overall user experience of the main site and collaborating on delivering internal services and platforms for students. Overseeing digital creative and digital brand governance.
Experience in leading UX & Design, building relationships with both stakeholders and developers to establish design practices, improved workflows and successful delivery.
